Bates Investigates, Season One, "In Defense of Daniel Holtzclaw." Episode 13
Investigative Timeline - August 13 - 17, 2014: In this episode, I take a close look at the events that allegedly occurred on March 25th and 26th, 2014.
Tabitha Barnes alleges that then Oklahoma City Police patrol officer Daniel Holtzclaw, for a second time, coerced her into exposing her breasts.
Barnes also alleges that Holtzclaw illegally entered her home and then harassed her boyfriend.
The next day, Holtzclaw allegedly showed back up at her home and asked to come inside. A request that Barnes denied.
Barnes even claims that she moved out of her home the next day and her and her children went into hiding for three-months.
That said, I uncover several inconsistencies in Barnes' allegations and more evidence Oklahoma City Sex Crimes Detective Rocky Gregory is not being completely transparent in his investigation.
Listen to all the facts and decide for yourself, was justice served, or was justice denied?
